Join us at The Wellness Lab for a restorative 60-minute yoga practice, guided by our very own Jasmine, intentionally curated to support women’s hormonal health!
Spring into Wellness is a beginner friendly four-week yoga series, focused on renewal, recharging, and relaxation. This gentle yoga practice will encourage us to dissolve any stiffness and tension in our bodies from the long winter’s rest, allowing us to bloom into our best selves.
Please note: There is a limit of 4 spots per series.
